Stamping
Sheet metal is stamping to form body panels. The steel bar are cut and bent,drilled and punched. Through CNC machines the profiles can be fit.
Welding
The frame, load-bearing structure, body panels and other parts of the cabin are fixed to assembly jigs, and welded together.
Caulking and Painting
Each cabin will be cataphoresis treatment prior to painting, which guarantees maximum resistance to corrosion over time.
Final Assembly
Windshields, High capacity wiper, and Work console, comfort pedals other parts are outfitted.
